Sold as a set. ———— Furniture designer Sigurd Resell was employed at Rastad & Relling Tegnekontor from 1947. He worked there as an interior architect and furniture designer until 1968, with a stay in the years between 1953-56. Resell’s biggest commercial success at Rastad & Relling was the Blinken armchair (1956). What characterises many of his works is a refined understanding of form and material. One of the highlights of his time at Rastad & Relling is the exclusive armchair Sirkel, from the early 60’s. After 1968 he worked mainly for Vatne Lenestolfabrikk. The armchair Falcon from 1971 tripled Vatne’s sales in just two years. Today Rybo AS produces the laminated version of Falcon.
